Covid-19 has truly affected each and every person in the world in one way or another. We have all felt the repercussions of this pandemic, but can it really be doing something to our sleep?
Articles and researchers state that it can have some affect! By being home all the time, sleep schedules can fluctuate. From going to bed late and waking up early, to maybe not even going to bed at all. We all may have fallen into this trap which we thought would be enjoyable for a change but turns out that God has created order for a reason. This information is interesting to learn about and is so prevalent that it needs to be explored further. Once further explored upon, many new insights can go into the details and maybe factors that contribute to bad sleeping during the covid-19 pandemic.
As Christians, fear should not control us but I believe we should not get rid of the armor and tools that God has provided for us. If getting enough sleep can act as armor for us to stay safe and healthy, then why not take on the fullness of this gift that God provides.

ReplyDeleteINCREDIBLE WAY OF PUTTING IT! I think that in order for us to truly live out the fullness of God’s plan, He surely must have implemented sleep as a necessary step in order to do so.
