This past week was midterms and I do have to say that the week went smooth and productive. Thankfully I only had one midterm to take and that was for this class!
My sleep during the week was about the same as any other week as I usually stay up to do homework, but I did stay up later on Wednesday night studying for my midterm alongside Ever.
As usual, I never really remember the dreams I have. I probably was dreaming all night long, but when I wake up I don't recall what I was actually dreaming about.
I also have not been napping throughout the day at all. I can't remember the last time I took a nap, but it is definitely a while back. I do have to say that with my unstable sleep schedule, I have been tired throughout the entire day more regularly.
My sleep is not adequate at all and I would love to change it. I'm taking small steps towards a better sleep schedule, but some improvements that I should execute sooner than others will improve my sleep schedule substantially.

You are probably among a high percentage of your college peers in saying your sleep is not adequate. Would you be able to have a different work schedule next semester so that you're not in the lobby so late?
