This past week was busy and full of events, from projects, to luncheons, all the way to academic endeavors. Yet, it was really enjoyable to attend each and every one of them.
There was an event everyday which required energy and that energy some days I sadly did not have. My sleep schedule was all over the place with some days me staying up substantially late to finish assignments, and other days the possibility to sleep longer was there so I took it!
My week indeed went by quickly with constantly having something to do, nonetheless I was tired most days. Every night I would have high sleep pressure and would fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Quite frankly, I don't even remember a day this semester that once I got in bed I stayed awake past 2 minutes waiting for sleep to come!
I've had an amazing semester, but it indeed has come with its ups and downs. Did getting enough sleep collaborate in those ups? Most definitely so! Thus, I continue to strive for a better sleep schedule and more sleep overall!
